Habzell ("we", "us", or "our") provides a habit and goal tracking app where users complete daily activities, reveal puzzle pieces, and optionally access subscription features. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using Habzell.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
- Email address
- Display name or nickname
- Authentication provider information when you sign in with Apple or Google
- User ID generated by Habzell
Habit and Goal Data
- Goals, habits, streaks, completion history, notes, progress, puzzle state, and related activity
- Images selected or generated for puzzle goals
- Friend and activity feed interactions if you use social features
Subscription Information
- Subscription status, product identifiers, renewal status, and purchase-related metadata provided by Apple, Google, or Adapty
- We do not receive or store your full payment card details
Device and Technical Information
- Device type, operating system, app version, logs, diagnostics, crash data, and performance information
- Device integrity or attestation signals used to protect sensitive routes and prevent abuse
Notifications
- Notification preferences and push notification tokens if you enable notifications
AI Image Generation
- If you use AI image generation, prompts or related request data may be sent to our backend and third-party AI providers only as needed to generate the requested image
2. How We Use Information
- Create and manage your account
- Provide habit tracking, goal tracking, puzzle reveal, and progress features
- Sync your data across sessions and devices
- Enable Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, and manual login
- Process and verify subscription status
- Provide AI-generated images for eligible subscribers
- Enable friends, activity feed, and sharing features
- Send notifications you choose to receive
- Improve app reliability, security, and performance
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Comply with legal and platform requirements
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information with service providers that help operate Habzell, including:
- Authentication providers such as Apple and Google
- Subscription infrastructure providers such as Adapty, Apple, and Google
- Backend hosting, database, monitoring, and infrastructure providers
- AI image generation providers when you request AI-generated content
- Analytics, diagnostics, or crash reporting providers if enabled
These providers may process data only as needed to provide their services.
4. Third-Party Services
Habzell may use third-party services including Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, Adapty, Apple App Store subscriptions, Google Play subscriptions, backend hosting providers, and AI generation providers.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app.
We may retain certain information for a limited period after account deletion if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes.
6. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Habzell account from within the app or by contacting us at support@vibecoderszone.com.
Deleting your account will permanently delete or anonymize your Habzell account data, including goals, habits, puzzle progress, activity history, and related personal data, unless we are legally required to retain certain records.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account or Google Play account.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Habzell subscriptions are processed by Apple, Google, and/or Adapty. We do not store full payment card numbers.
We may receive subscription status and purchase metadata to unlock paid features, prevent fraud, and provide support.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including authentication, access controls, backend validation, and device integrity checks for sensitive operations.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
Habzell is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
