1. The Service

Habzell is a habit and goal tracking app. Users can create goals, complete daily activities, reveal puzzle pieces, view progress, and use related features such as activity feeds, sharing, subscriptions, and AI-generated images where available.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to use Habzell. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate another person.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Habzell for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the app or backend services
• Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, or abusive
• Misuse AI image generation or sharing features
• Circumvent subscription, security, rate limit, or device integrity controls

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You may create or submit content such as goals, habit names, notes, prompts, images, profile information, and activity data.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Habzell a limited license to process, store, display, and transmit your content only as needed to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for the content you submit.

5. AI-Generated Content

Subscribers may access AI image generation features where available. AI-generated results may vary and may not always meet your expectations.

You are responsible for prompts you submit and for how you use generated images. You must not use AI features to create illegal, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.

We may block, remove, or restrict AI-generated content or prompts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions

Habzell may offer paid subscriptions such as monthly or yearly plans.

Subscriptions may unlock features such as unlimited goals, AI-generated images, friends features, or expanded activity feed functionality.

Subscription prices, durations, and available features are shown before purchase.

If you purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play:

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account or Google Play account settings
• Deleting Habzell or deleting your Habzell account does not automatically cancel your subscription
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies

We may change subscription features or pricing in the future as allowed by platform rules and applicable law.

7. Free and Paid Features

Habzell may provide free features and paid subscriber features.

Free access may include limited goals, preset images, own activity feed, and sharing features. Subscriber access may include unlimited goals, AI-generated images, friends features, and expanded activity feed features.

Feature availability may change over time.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account from within the app or by contacting support@vibecoderszone.com.

Account deletion permanently deletes or anonymizes your Habzell account data unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting reasons.

Account deletion does not cancel active App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

9. Privacy

Your use of Habzell is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

10. Intellectual Property

Habzell, including its design, software, branding, and content, is owned by Ozcan Biyik or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of Habzell except as permitted by law.

11. Third-Party Services

Habzell may integrate with third-party services such as Apple, Google, Adapty, backend hosting providers, and AI image generation providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Disclaimers

Habzell is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all goals, recommendations, AI-generated images, or features will meet your expectations.

Habzell is a self-improvement and habit tracking tool. It is not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozcan Biyik will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Habzell.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users, or if required by law.

You may stop using Habzell at any time.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify you through the app or other appropriate means.

Your continued use of Habzell after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
