Subscription-based ($29/month per team)
Application-Specific Terms
The following terms apply specifically to your use of TaskFlow Pro:
- Team data remains property of the subscribing organization
- Real-time collaboration requires stable internet connection
- File sharing limited to 50MB per file
Usage Restrictions
When using TaskFlow Pro, the following restrictions apply:
- Maximum 100 team members per account
- Storage limit of 100GB per team
- 24/7 support included
User Responsibilities
As a user of TaskFlow Pro, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information when required
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Using the application in accordance with its intended purpose
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
- Respecting the rights of other users
- Reporting any issues or violations to our support team
Payment Terms
TaskFlow Pro operates on a subscription basis. Payment terms include:
- Subscription fees are charged in advance
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
- Price changes require 30 days advance notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- Taxes are additional where applicable
Limitation of Liability
Liability Limit for TaskFlow Pro: Limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months
We provide TaskFlow Pro "as is" and disclaim all warranties. Our liability is limited as specified above, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, TaskFlow Pro may experience:
- Scheduled maintenance windows
- Temporary service interruptions
- Performance variations based on usage
- Feature updates that may affect functionality
Termination
Termination Policy: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
Upon termination:
- Access to TaskFlow Pro will be discontinued
- Data export options may be available for a limited time
- Billing will cease at the end of the current period
- Some data may be retained as required by law or policy
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms for TaskFlow Pro from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the application or email notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
